Meet the Founder
Cynthia Chadwick is the founder and lead educator at Chadwick Academy. Her journey as an educator began in 2010, when she started tutoring primary and secondary students while still in high school—teaching not only English but also Math and Science. This early passion for helping others learn laid the foundation for her future in education.
Today, Cynthia is a certified ESL teacher and experienced curriculum designer with over a decade of experience. She specializes in personalized, inclusive, and results-driven English programs for learners of all ages. Her approach blends academic structure with creativity and compassion, empowering students to build confidence and fluency for school, work, and everyday life.
